Chipo has worked in different fields including working as a hair dresser as a start point. Chipo completed her three year course as a primary school teacher at Bondalfi Teacher’s college in 2000 which is in collaboration with the University of Zimbabwe. "Even though we live in an ever changing and growing world with the high advancement of technology, Montessori will always be the best method of teaching children. It focuses on the child as a whole, and not just a part of the person. We all develop differently."
